Everyone is super friendly & professional! Really thankful for Oscar's service, he slowly explained the process before cutting my hair. He also taught me how to achieve the look I want at home & recommended some products. Although it was my first time here, he understood what I wanted in a heartbeat & delivered it perfectly!
The environment is clean and comfortable ✨The service attitude of the hairstylist is very good, and easy to communicate. Oscar will give you some advices to teach you how to take care of your hair better. He will listen patiently to my thoughts and then gave suggestions that are more suitable for my hair/hair condition. I am also satisfied with the length of my hair and fringe cut. Will visit again next time
Having a good and friendly service at here. Oscar is a professional and friendly hairstylist, he is well aware of the needs of his customer and he also know how to give professional advice on the hairstyle of the customer. Anyway, i'd love to come here again for my haircut and hair colouring.
Oscar from Sri Petaling branch is so far the best hair stylist I’ve ever had. He had given me incredibly good and professional advice. The team had also offered me exceptionally great service ! 10/10 for everything including the ambience. Highly recommend
Haven’t come in here for the longest time. But i am glad that i visit it back recently as the services are so good. The staffs are friendly from receptionist to the hairstylist. The one that attended me was Heiley and she did provide a good haircut with easy maintenance as i told her that i always on-the-go. She provided tips for haircare that make it sounds so easy to do it at home. After so many years hunting for a good hair salon i finally found one that works for me and definitely will come back and become their regular.
Environment : Neat, clean and well organised Top notch service with passion! I'd give 10/10 for his professionalism, warmth, great communication and pleasant personality. He understood what I wanted for my hair & shared tips on how to take care of it. There was no cold selling but purely genuine recommendations. Loved the way he styled and cut my hair - giving it a whole new look.
Not to forget his team mates who served 3 types of drinks and did a wonderful job in explaining their services, a good massage and hair wash. Overall, definitely recommended for anyone & everyone! Thank you Atelier JayaOne!

就是我想要的！ 更让我意想不到的是，现在这个发质 真的比以前更方便和容易打理 TvT 实在太感动了！我的发质本身是不太好，有时候做了护理都是只维持一两天的滑润，可是这一次完全没有这样的困扰~我的头发到今天(almost 2 weeks) 还是依旧顺滑有光泽 而且Color和Hannah还会跟我分享一些日常护理头发的小秘诀~他们也很好聊天！ 总的来说~这边的服务-美发师的经验-效果-环境-都是一级棒 大爱大爱！下次我一定会再来！也一定会推荐家人朋友来 Hair Atelier MyTOWN
It’s my 1st-time visit to the SP branch. My creative stylist is Hesher. He’s very polite and gentle. His professional service impressed me. Although I just went for a basic cut&wash service, he has given me a good suggestion without any hard selling. I would say it was above my expectation during my 1st visit. Thank you Hesher and I will come back for more hair services.
